28-year-old Sheyla Hershey from Brazil is the proud owner of the biggest breasts in the world. Her bra can be called dangerous, it can be called wonderful and some would say just call it sad. Anyway, the size is 38KKK !
In May, ABC News reported that Hershey’s breast size reached 34FFF after eight surgeries and 3.7 liters of silicone. She was on her way to have the look of her dreams but then she came across a problem - the Texas law. In fact, she met "the norm" by which the man (woman) is unable to "put on board" more than one gallon (3.7 liters) of implants. Then she decided to travel to Brazil, which does not have these limitations and she went out of the operating room with breasts of her dreams.

I sometimes fail to understand the purpose of some laws. As long as it doesn't hinder the person or cause problems for someone else, it shouldn't be a problem.
