This guy has so far appeared in over 20 reports that the TV crew record at a certain event. He appeared on the news on BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and SkyNews on totally random locations throughout England. He mostly appeared in London. It seems that he is always on the same place as the TV journalists! Oddly, the teams that were making those reports had no idea that the same man appears on them! Someone later noticed that it was the same person. See and judge for yourself ... It is obvious that this person wanted media attention - which he finally got.
